John Hester is the greatest realtor i have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is knowlegable ... professional ... courteous... and most of all patient. John Hester went above and beyond and then some while we worked together. Any question any text any phone call was answered within minutes. John did tons of work on his own for me without me even asking. There were times I would call him and he already had everything on the house i asked about. John is an amazing realtor and i would not use any other realtor in the south tampa area. I would recommend John to anyone who is looking for a home. I can now call John my friend because that is how he makes you feel. But the one thing i really loved about John that separated him from the rest of the realtors was that he actually cared. John is very flexible for meeting prospective buyers and works around their schedule(s). He is extremely knowledgeable about the demographics of the areas that he shows his clients and knows the popular areas each community. John is also very knowledgeable about home building materials and interior designs of homes. Last, but most importantly, John can provide very good judgment as to whether the seller of a property is being reasonable with their asking price.

John has been the best realtor that i have worked with. He goes above and beyond during the entire purchase process, from countless viewings of properties for me while I am in NJ, analyzing pros and cons for a potential target, resolving issues from inspection, to coordinating with closing and handling it to my property manager. He works hard, is very patient and has never pushed me for a decision. I strongly recommend him.

Although John did not list my house for sale he did an excellent job selling it. He did way more for me than my selling agent and if I every sell another house I will look John up wherever he is.
