About John Hester
John moved to Tampa from Indiana joining Poe & Associates, now Brown & Brown Insurance, in a national marketing position. Then to California as Director of Marketing with Great American Insurance. Only to be called back to Tampa and Brown & Brown achieving the position of Executive Vice President of Commercial Programs. He also spent time in the construction and financial services arena.
The corporate world provided him with extensive skills and experience in marketing, sales management, negotiation, communication and customer service, however John now finds far more gratification from the 'people' relationships like handing the keys to a first-time home buyer.
Buying or selling a home is one of the most important and largest financial decisions most people will make in a lifetime and with John's background and as a real estate professional he will guide his clients through the process and strive to make it an informed and pleasant experience.
John works out of the South Tampa Florida Executive Realty office and has lived in Hyde Park and now Bayshore Boulevard/Ballast Point. However, with services that go beyond Tampa as a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
